Introduce Yourself
Hi there and welcome to the introduction area of the Mad Dragon Games community. This is where any new member can introduce themselves to the community, share anything you want people to know, and get yourself out there in front of the crowd.
To start things off, my name is Joseph Dodd, and I am the owner, manager, artist, designer, and editor of MDG. I am currently working here on MDG and also as a graphic designer/flash animator for Argus Design Group (see link in resource area). MDG has been in the works for a few years now, and we are finally at a point where we can start putting things together. We are by no means a huge company, but we are huge in heart, creativity, and persistence.
I have been drawing, creating, painting, designing, and what not pretty much my entire life. You can check out some of my work in the gallery section. I will also have some free online flash games up and running, and eventually this site will change from a simple blog site to a full fledged game site. I am also currently attending the Art Institute Online, and am working towards a Gaming Art & Design degree, so wish me luck with that. I will definitely be showing some of my work as I go a long if anyone is interested.
I am a huge gamer. Mostly I play Xbox 360, the PC, and my DS. You can find me on Xbox Live under the Gamer Tag of: Mad Dragonn. Yes, there are two n’s at the end! Some of my favorite games are Fable, Fable 2, Soul Calibur, Gears of War, and the soon to be Gears of War 2, Burnout Paradise, Call of Duty 4, Red Alert 2 and 3, and the entire Fallout series! There is more, but that will give you an idea of what I am into.
I look forward to an eventful every after, and look forward to bloggin’ it up with all of you.

I guess now that it’s been 3 months I should actually post who I am. My name is Jared, or dfrost if you please. By profession I do business sales in the wireless industry for companies between 25-500 employees. By hobby I’ve been playing with HTML, javascript, and other fun web stuff since I was 12 so have a natural tendency to like video games and hang out with other gamer nerds…hence how I know the Madd Dragon.
By passion I’m a musician. Art with a pencil or a mouse is truly horrendous in my hands. Put a guitar, piano, or practically anything with strings and I melt. Because of this I usually prefer epic games that have great soundtracks…and that is a post that we definitely need to discuss is the effectiveness of a soundtrack in a game.
